The company occupies nearly 15,000 square meters and has a 10,500-square-meter building in the Himalayas. The company has independent product development, mold making, parts production, and finished product assembly full-process capabilities; an independent research and development team; an independent microbiology laboratory and physical and chemical laboratory; and a 2500 square meter and 100,000 Level purification workshop with 25 injection molding machines and multiple fully automated assembly lines. Clean Room Molding
In addition to being ISO 9001 certified, BioGem Scientific provides clean room micro injection molding services to meet the needs of medical and pharmaceutical applications.
As a major supplier of diagnostics and laboratory products to companies in these markets, we have earned their trust with defect-free parts and our steadfast commitment to a clean molding environment.
Our entire state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is climate controlled to 72°F (22.2°C) 365 days per year, and ISO certified as a Class 8 clean room. Advanced injection molding machines, which are designed to help ensure an exceptionally clean mold area, are used for our clean room applications. The combination of these factors helps ensure an extremely stable manufacturing process and clean molding environment for the products we micro mold.
